About Me

I am an interdisciplinary Researcher and Designer, or what is sometimes called M-shaped person

Summary of my experience

For more than 8 years I have been working as a researcher and a product designer on digital solutions across tech, healthcare, legal, and cultural sectors.

At Generait, I designed a Microsoft Office legal-tech add-in that streamlined workflows by 20% and enabled €800/seat/week in billable time savings. At MIT Media Lab, I applied big data analysis of cellphone and geospatial data to analyse post-COVID cultural consumption recovery and potentially inform policies for recovery from global shocks.

In the health sector, I designed and deployed a gamified health app now used in selected participating hospitals across Europe.

In academia, I combined machine learning and data visualisation to research digital behaviour while teaching network science and ethnographic methods.

As founder, I managed a cross-functional team and full product lifecycles, from discovery to delivery. I am experienced in stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, and translating complex requirements into user-centric design.

I am constantly working in the following directions

  • Product Design: End-to-end product design from discovery through delivery
  • UX Research: User interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, data analysis
  • Design Systems: Building and maintaining scalable design systems
  • Data Visualisation: Making complex data readable and insightful
  • Leadership: Cross-functional team management, stakeholder alignment
  • Research: Academic research methodology, machine learning, statistical analysis

What motivates me

I truly inspired by the nature, underlying laws and how order emerges from the chaos. Mainly I am interested in human interactions in various domains of life: social networks, cultural consumption, city navigation and more.
