Summary
For more than 8 years I have been working as a researcher and product designer on digital solutions across tech, healthcare, legal, and cultural sectors.
At Generait AI Solutions (Dublin, Aug 2023 – Sep 2025), I served as Head of Design. I designed a Microsoft Office legal-tech add-in that streamlined workflows by 20% and enabled €800 per seat per week in billable time savings. I led the design system and contributed to ISO 27001:2022 certification of the team.
At MIT Media Lab (Cambridge, Oct 2022 – Apr 2023), I applied large-scale Data MiningProcess of discovering patterns in large data sets using computational methods at the intersection of statistics, database systems, or machine learning. of cellphone mobility and geospatial data to study post-COVID cultural consumption recovery — research intended to inform evidence-based policies for recovery from global shocks.
In the health sector, at the University of Oulu (Apr 2022 – Jan 2023), I designed and deployed a gamified health application now used in participating hospitals across Europe for multiple sclerosis patients.
At CUDAN Open Lab (Tallinn, Sep 2019 – Jun 2023), I worked in the €2.5 million Horizon 2020 project combining Machine LearningBranch of statistics and computer science, which studies algorithms and architectures that learn from observed facts. and Data VisualisationCreation and study of the visual representation of data. to research digital culture, while teaching Network AnalysisMethod to study the relations of actors or other entities in a mediated network. The resulting network is made up of nodes (entities) and edges (relations). and ethnographic methods.
As founder of Affinity OU (est. May 2021, Tallinn), I manage a cross-functional teams and full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery.
Motivations
I am inspired by the underlying laws of nature and how order emerges from chaos. My research interests focus on human interactions across domains: social networks, cultural consumption, city navigation, and platform behaviour.
